Cannot wait to play Act 3!!!
I love your games! Keep up the AMAZING Work! This game was highlighted in Season 4 of Short Horror | 2nd Game
Cool, can't wait for Act 3!
Please please please make an Act 3 I BEG even if I have to pay for it! This was too much fun to let go
Nice game!
I love the sequel. Makes me wonder what will happen next. I am so ex
cited. You and me both! Dace Games makes some banger games!!
This DEV knows how to make a GAME!!! AMAZING work!! But, you know already that I LOVE your games!!!
Awesome to see you :3
SAME! You will see me a lot around these parts. lo
Good constructive feedback, I appreciate it and will lean on this advice for future releases. Thanks random54691 👍
I also think that the horror in Act 1 is much better because here is a perceived threat pursuing us which is puts us on edge throughout the game. Although the killer is chasing us in part 2, you have to go out of your way to see the signs.
Additionally, I liked how the tension in Act 1 keeps building until the reveal. With that said, I feel like the map breaks the build up in Act 2. Sorry I just have to criticize the map again. It's nice that the lighting changes as the in-game day progresses but it's weird that the map doesn't reflect that. It breaks immersion especially during the ending scene. Our panic dissipates as we face a bright and sunny map. Our fear becomes confusion as we look for the singular gray pixel that represents us.
I understand that this is made in only 2 weeks and this is not your main project but I think that there is potential here and I hope the best for this series.
Here is my gameplay of the two chapter. About the second, well its really good, maybe u can put some check point so u dont need to replay the all game. In any case the game is really good and i really enjoy it
how do you open the game it just takes me to the file with all the levels and if i open 1 it opens a word document of all wierd things
Hi grotevriendelijkereus. If it is windows or Linux you will need to unzip it first as it is compressed before you can then run the executable. Let me know how you go?
this is my review:
this both acts are quiet bad but there's someone make me feel excited w/ this game. This game is created by AI, isn't it? The ending of act 2 is kinda boring. I think u should improve ur game more.
Sorry it was boring to you. Yes we just pressed the AI button and the game and all wide-screen art was magically created for us without lifting a finger. 😆
My honest review:
I really wanted to like this game coming off the first one, as the ending didn't really satisfy me, and all the tropes were pretty generic and I wasn't sure if the backgrounds were AI or not.
Well, I think this game's story was worst then the last one. And everything was so much more obviously AI. (Which doesn't really matter to me cause this is a free game and all)
Just lay off the tropes and I think you have a promising career in gamedev. Good luck as always!
Appreciate your feedback 😆
Can't Wait To See The Continuation
Really enjoyed Act 2! Looking forward to the continuation of the story.
Very exciting, awesome game!!! The graphics ara amazing! The story of the game is very interesting, the plot twisties are great! I'll be waiting for act III!!!
Usually I dont like leaving negative comments on indie games but seeing the lack of people not kissing up to you it feels necessary. The art can be pretty at times eventho the sprites look very very out of place in the hyperdetailed bgs. Idk if you used ai or some type of filter or if just another artist made them but it's a shame since it really takes the player out of the exp. The endings where she kills you feel unfair and annoying esp with the lack of any option to save the game! It just gets super annoying to replay over and over and over and while I think that it's pretty cool that you need to die once to see the code, after the fourth time it just pissed me off. The unskippable ending and intro sequence just make the whole thing worse. All in all I think these issues could be very easily fixed if there was an option to save the game or maybe a chapter select? If that is too much to ask then maybe consider a hint menu or SOMETHING! I as a player shouldn't be punished for wanting to explore and see more of the map with an instant death! Plus, some items dont do anything while not having others makes progression impossible. Thats just bad game design man idk what to tell you. The story is also pretty bare bones and I get that you made this in 2 weeks but like... some details would be really nice! Why does she kill? Just cus she's quirky? Cmon man.
To end this on a positive note. I think you have a lot of potential and I will be playing your future games. I just hope they'll be better than this little trainwreck of yours. Much love, kisses, xoxo I believe in youuuuu <3
Thanks very much for your comment, appreciate how much it means to you and I will add a save game for future players. Was hoping the endings of 2 would make sense in act3 but we’ve been busy with our other games and haven’t been back to finish it. Sorry it annoyed you 🙂
Incredible continuation of the first episode, and another amazing cliffhanger at the end! Here's my playthrough of both acts:
