You just crashed your car in the remote Australian wilderness. You are injured and being stalked by a murderous Yowie. Will you escape with your life or fall like so many before you to the monster?
Made in Unity and PowerQuest for Adventure Jam 2021 in just under two weeks.
How to play
- Left click:
- Walk
- Interact with object
- On an inventory item to equip it from your bag on the top of the screen
- With an inventory item to use it on something
- Right click:
- Look at something

hey dace is it possble to make this game for mac pls cuz i only have a mac and i would love to play this ive play all of your games and they were amazing i can understand if you cant make it playable on mac
An interresting instance of classic point-and-click adventure gameplay infused with a really scary experience.
Thanks Ludophiles! This was my first jam attempt and it’s a bit rough but glad you enjoyed it. I’m going to remake this one sometime in the future now that I know what I’m doing and give it a big upgrade. Hopefully make it even creepier 😆

Thanks Thracco. I’ll give it an update in future and make it a lot creepier, it needs some polish but I think the idea is there.
I'm at the part right after I kill the crock and grab the gun. I see the 2 drug dealers and they walk away but can't move or click on anything except for "From Swamp". Which does nothing. Is it a bug or am I missing something? I have the gun and the key in my inventory.
It's definitely a bug. I've uploaded a new version to see if it fixes this issue, though I haven't been able to replicate it yet sorry. Your progress is saved, so you can copy your Save1.sav file over to this new version folder and then load it up to where you left off. Let me know how you go? And thanks for reporting this issue.
Still can't move, nothing changed. Thanks for trying though. I might just start a new game, but his walking speed from his hurt leg is so slow lol. I get why you did it, but maybe add a double click feature to get to a new screen instantly in a new update. Definitely a promising game though.

It was just what i did for adventure jam in a couple of weeks while covid was raging. I'd like to take it and really overhaul it sometime properly but I'll definately make him faster to move around.
Played it today and encountered this bug. Then tried again in a new game and it worked.
Great game so far, I encountered the same bug twice in a row so far. Didn't do anything special to make it happen. Tried walking first before getting the gun and still couldn't move. Looking forward to completing the story
